Treated surface can be ferrous type (carbon steel and stainless steel) and non-ferrous (aluminium and special alloys). According to type of finishing required, circular or rectangular section of filament can be used.
A particular trimming allows to have a perfect cylindrical shape of the brush related to the rotation axle. It means that brush surface works in an equal and regular way on the entire treated metal sheet surface.
All brushes are dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 g. 6,3 and followed by an appropriate certificate.
