Punched Brushes - Spazzole punzonate

This particular manufacturing system is made by bristles of filaments supported either by a plastic (PVC, Moplen, nylon, etc.), or wooden, aluminium or brass made support.
Each bristle comes to be firmly stapled to the support, fixed to holes previously created.
This particular assembly grants this type of brush flexibility in order to adapt different parameters and to satisfy various requirements, thanks also to their moderate weight.
These kind of brushes are suitable especially in presence of water, solvents and acids.

Bristles array
The bristles can be placed onto the support in three different ways,
so that to give the brush different features:
Staggered = Brush with high density and uniformity
Parallel = Brush with low density, easy discharge of slags from filaments
Helical = Brush apt to move the slags on one side

Bristles dimension
Bristles Dimension “D” can vary; there is also a relation between bristles diameter and the thickness “T” of support
D= from minimum 2 mm to maximum 12 mm
T= from minimum 6 mm to maximum 24 mm

Different diameters give the brush different characteristics:
Big bristles = brushes suitable for heavy-duty works and with big dia filaments
Little bristles = brushes suitable for light-duty works, with high density and thin dia filaments
