Spiral Brushes Onto Shaft - Onto Tube - Spirali su Albero - su Tubo

The spiral brushes can be wound up and assembled onto the brushing core bore by the shaft shown in Picture 5. Either way, a simple tube can bear the shaft, as shown in Picture 6. According to both different purposes and brushes technical dimensions, the end user will choose one of the two assembles.
Concerning the strips mounted onto the spiral brush, either a stapled, or a standard strip spiral brush can be required at the customer’s needs: at one type of strip it will correspond diverse fill density and brushing rotating speed.
The standard strip spiral brush is suggested for brushing rotating speed up to 15 m./sec., whereas the stapled strip brush can reach higher speeds, up to 20 m./sec..
Our Technical Dept. will be at customer’s disposal for studying ideal shapes and features.
