Strip Industrial Brushes - N - G - TF

Strip brushes are a kind of linear, continuous brushes showing synthetic, metal (steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphorous bronze), vegetal fiber, animal hair or mixed wire placed on U-shaped profiled iron zinc-plated or stainless steel support. The wire is blocked into the metal strip tape without any possibility of coming out whatever nature and diameter of wire could be.
In the N type, the wire is placed continuously and the brush results denser.
In the G type, mainly used for spiral brushes, the tape stapling sets the wire out in knots and makes it especially suitable for high rotating speeds. In TF type strip brushes, filaments are thermal-melted, so that there is no mechanical block made of metallic parts.
The strip brushes may be bent and cup shaped with inner or outer wire, or placed on special supports to comply with any kind of needs.
