It is corrosion resistant and ideal for brushing stainless steel, derivative alloys, aluminium and other materials that have to avoid contamination. A contamination can result from using carbon steel wire brushes, as carbon metal residues can cause rust. It is recommended not to use the same type of brush to scrub different quality of materials. Furthermore, it is important to avoid any brush contamination specially on carbon steel surfaces that can be object to brushing action. At last, it is recommended to passive all s/steel surfaces with special solutions after brushing treatment in order to get the natural resistance of s/steel to corrosion.
IMPORTANT: s/steel 302 wire grants an austenized structure.
