 Traceability:
SIT has provided with a label, indicating the productive "batch number" each item and each box. This should permit to start immediately the necessary controls in order to identify possible irregularity either of the productive process or of material. For special brushes realized on drawing it will be reported an identification number. In case of claim it will be necessary to mention that specific number in order to obtain a quick and exhaustive reply.
Information regarding a safety use and the identification of SIT product are reported on a special patented label that will be readable by the operator for a long time.
In the packages of brushes there is always a leaflet describing the safety rules and some simple technical suggestions concerning the best use of items. | Testing:
Every delivery of metallic filaments is followed by a conformity certificate provided by supplier. Certificate describes the typology of filament, chemical analysis and breaking point.
Raw materials are tested at goods reception before being used. Finished items are submitted to another final test before shipment.
Warranty:
Our products have a three-years warranty from the delivery date, if the material is stocked in a proper way and not in humid places.
As far as “rubber bounded” items are concerned, in order not to have the characteristics of polyurethane altered, it is really important to stock products in places without any light and have
them used within 24 month.
After this period, the mechanical properties of plastic material cannot be granted anymore.
